Mental Health Analysis
I don’t feel like I’m in a depressive episode (bipolar I baybee) but it’s almost 4pm and I’m still in bed , and I didn’t even stay up as late as normal last night… This could be a fluke, or it could be the first sign of an oncoming episode , and trying to figure out which one makes me so tired I feel like staying in bed all day. But I’m not going to do that. I’m going to find something to watch on YouTube and go cook some ramen and try to have a good rest of the day. Fingers crossed!
